Nigerian Dwarf Goats
Goats are a new frontier for us at Snowdale Acres.  We wanted a dairy source,
but a cow seemed too much for us, even the larger goats were a bit intimidating.
We discovered just what we were looking for with Nigerian Dwarf Goats.  Nigerian
Dwarfs are a great addition to our mini-farm.  They are friendly, fun, cute and they
stay under two feet tall (at the withers) so they are easy to handle.
Our goats are all registered with the AGS, NDGA and/or the ADGA.
While in milk these girls can deliver a quart or two of delicious creamy milk every
day.  It is perfect for drinking as well as cheese making and soap making.  Many
of our friends are severely lactose intolerant and have not had milk products for
years, but can drink Nigerian Dwarf goat milk with no problems
.
